Since 2005 Clicpostal has been a participant in the “Web-to-Print” branch, also known as “Remote Publishing”, and offers its experience and expertise in that field to private and professional customers.

Since 2005, Clicpostal has been treating and realizing your orders on the spot with a great respect regarding the printing. On a same location, the customer service, production and other departments work together in order to reduce the go-betweens and meet your needs in terms of time and service quality.

The website www.clickpostal.com is based on a system that enables you, through the use of an Internet browser, to participate in the creation process of printable products since you can add and organize your texts and photos in your own way after having selected a template. According to the online printing principle, our prices are automatically calculated and your individual photo products ordered and printed thanks to the Internet network. As a result, the prices are immediately displayed and cheap, whereas the treatment of your order is being done rapidly and in premium quality.

The Clickpostal customizable products are first created by our Marketer and Designer Teams and then uploaded into the Internet by our Web Designers and Computer Specialists. Once you have selected the template, you can customize it on your own and place your order with the options you want in a few minute.

1. CHECKING OF THE ORDERS

Your order is automatically generated by our system after having been placed. If the optional "zero mistake" insurance" has been selected, your cards will be corrected by our Customer Service that will check out the spelling mistakes as well as the layout of your cards and correct them if necessary before generation.

The role of the Customer Service also consists in following your order from its confirmation to the receipt of the parcel through the sending.

2. PRINTING OF THE ORDERS

Your order is directly transmitted to the printing machines after generation. Clicpostal uses HP Indigo 5500 digital printing machines with offset quality and CMYK 4-colour printing in order to guarantee a premium printing quality of your cards, announcements and other photo products on the different types of papers and materials available. Moreover, the machine operator does a daily control of the printing quality and sharpness by means of a regular calibrating of the colours.

The printing of your order also depends on the paper selection. We offer you a premium paper selection that will match your product’s design and application whether it is a traditional announcement or a photographic creation.

3. VARNISHING

Once your cards have been printed, they can go through an optional step: the varnishing.

The varnishing isn't automatic as it depends on the paper you have selected. Actually, it sublimates the product and the photos thanks to a UV-rays proof layer. The colours are therefore protected and prepared to have an extended lifetime.

4. FORWARDING-SCORING

The forwarding/scoring step is a 2 in 1 procedure in the brink of saving time in the manufacturing process. It consists in cutting and folding the printed products such as the cards and announcements. Concerning calendars and photo albums this phase will be replaced by the gathering.

This step is done thanks to Duplo machines ensuring a professional cut and scoring of all products.

5. QUALITY CONTROL

The purpose of the quality control is to check the fold, the cut and eventually the varnish. Our teams also control the matching between the printed picture and the customer's file. Then, your order is wrapped in a plastic protecting film.

In case of an order containing multiple items, a rack number will be generated. This rack enables to put and collect the entire products before the packaging and sending of the order.

6. PACKAGING

Finally, the ordered items are packaged inside a parcel in order to be transported securely to the delivery address. It is then franked according to the selected sending mode.

The entire production of a product from its order to its sending is done in the same premises. This acts in favour of the interdepartmental communication, a saving of time and competitive prices as well.

Two sending modes are available:

•   Standard: post delivery within 1 to 10 working days,
•   DHL-Express: delivery within 24 to 72 hours with package tracking.

Note: the delivery time mentioned here above in the case of a standard sending within 1 to 10 working days depends on the postal services.
