What are the services proposed by Clickpostal?

On www.clickpostal.com, you can create postcards, announcement, thank you cards or any other cards to announce a moving house, invite your friends to a birthday party,... You just have to select a photo, which has been saved on your computer, stored on our site or chosen in a picture bank available on the site. You can also create your design online by using our tool Clickstudio, select the format and the eventual border of your card, write your text and the contact information of your recipient with the manuscript font you like and then pay the sending by mean of a totally secured payment process.

How can I pick up the cards once they have been printed?

If you select the offer Sent for you, you will have to enter the address of your recipient to send him the card directly. You don't have to buy postage stamps and to go to a letter box anymore. Clickpostal does it for you. If you choose the offer Package at home, you will order card lots, which will be delivered directly at your home. You will then have to send your cards or to give them... The process will take more time, but is well adapted if you don't know all the addresses of your recipients. To make it easier for you, you can search on the site the contact information of your friends by clicking on a "Yellow pages" link on the page dedicated to the address books.

What are the features of the postcard, which has been sent?

Your card is the certified copy of these you use to send. It has a classic 10x15 cm format, in postcard or in double panel card (portrait or landscape), printed on a real postcard paper. Your photo won't be distorted. It will be able to be reframed by default if the photo doesn't have the card's format. You double panel card will be sent in an envelope and you will be able to take the decision to send your postcard in an envelope too.

Which photos can I send (format, definition)?

You can send jpeg photos (files with the jpg or jpeg extension). The printing quality of the card will depend on the definition of the photo. For an optimal quality, the resolution of your photo has to be 300 DPI for a dimension of 10x15 cm. If the photo has a lower resolution, you will be able to send your photo, however its printing quality will be affected. You can also send all the pictures (collage or montage)you have created on Clickstudio. These pictures will be actually saved in your photo album.

Can I send my postcard abroad?

Of course. You can send your card wherever you want. Moreover, you benefit from attractive price conditions since the card has a fixed cost whatever the destination selected (therefore you won't pay the cost premium of the postal stamp)

What are the means of payment allowed?

The credit card payments are recommanded because they are totally secured thanks to the SSL protocol, which is largely used for all the secured payment solutions on the Internet. You can also pre-pay your order by sending us at the address below a cheque made payable to Clickpostal, and by mentioning your user name as well as the number and the type of cards you want to acquire credits.

Why do I have to give my e-mail address and to choose a user name to get access to the service?

These pieces of information represent the minimal data, which are required by Clickpostal in order to treat your order after your payment. The user name and the password will allow you to be identified during a later connection, and to go more rapidly to the key functions of the Clickpostal offer. You will also get access to the functionalities of the address book and the photo album for a more and more user friendly use of the service.

When will my card be sent?

Your card will be manufactured, franked and handed in to the post office within 48 working hours (3 working days exceptionally) following your online order. The recipient or you if you have selected the offer package at home will get the card according to the general conditions planned by the post office services.

Can I complete my address book without sending cards?

Of course. This functionality enables you to create in advance a useful reminder when you have to send your mail during your holiday or your business travel. To select the recipients of your cards, you will have to drag with your mouse your recipients' name from the address book's left page to the right page. You can therefore prepare several cards at the same time. The offer is really useful for the massive sending of announcements and invitations. If you want to send more than hundred cards and you have therefore to enter a large address book, it is possible to import directly an Excel type file. Can I prepare cards without sending them immediately?

Yes, the cards you have created are stored in your customer account. You can see them in the section "My sendings" of your customer account, and decide to pay them and as a result to send them when you want.

What does sponsoring mean?

The sponsoring allows you to promote Clickpostal's site and services to your friends. Have a look on the section Sponsoring in your customer account. By sponsoring your friends and relatives, you can be granted credits, which give you the right to send cards (stamp included) for free.

How many photos can I store on my Clickpostal account?

You can store 45 photos from your digital camera. They will be stored on our site and will be available to send a postcard wherever you are connected. As Clickpostal is not a photo filing site, we recommand you nevertheless to keep your photos on another support (your hard drive, a CD or a DVD) since we cannot engage ourself to keep all the photos. Moreover, the more photos you have, the more time you will spend on Clickstudio's functions because your photos are loaded at each step of the creation of a collage or a free montage. We advise you therefore to store on the site only your favourite photos. In particular, we recommend you not to keep your pictures, which have been created with Clickstudio if their do not represent your definitive creations and not to keep the photos, which allowed you to make your montages.
