What services does Clickpostal provide?

On Clickpostal, you can design postcards, thank you cards and all kinds of cards to announce your house moving or invite your friends to your birthday party. Just select a picture saved on your computer, stored on our site or included in our image library. You can also create your online template with ClickStudio. Then,select the format of the card, add a frame, write your text and your recipient's address in your favourite handwriting-like font.Once the card is ready, pay with a fully secured process.

Once cards are printed, how can I get them?

If you select the "Direct to the recipient" option, just enter your recipient's address and your card will be sent directly to him/her. No more need to buy stamps and to reach a mailbox, Clickpostal takes care of everything. If you prefer the "Home Delivery Pack", the batches of cards you order will be directly delivered to you with envelopes. Then you will have the choice to send you cards or give them directly to your relatives. The process will be longer but more adapted to your needs if you don't know all the addresses of your recipients.

What are the features of the sent postcard?

Your card is the exact copy of the cards available on the market.
The postcard measures 100mm x 150mm in the traditional postcard format or in 2-folded card (portrait or landscape format). They are printed on a special-postcard paper.
The photo will not be distorted and you can crop it by default if it is not at he format of the card.
The 2-folded card are sent with an envelope and postcard, with or without envelope, it is up to you.

What kind of pictures can I send (format, size)?

You can send JPEG photos (files with a .jpg or .jpeg extension). The quality of the printed card will depend on the picture size. For an optimum quality, the photos should have 300 DPI and measure 100mm x 150mm. If your photo does not meet these requirements, you can still send it but the quality of the final print will not be as good. You can also send all the pictures created in ClickStudio (jumbles, compositions) because they will be saved in your personal photo album.

In which countries can I send a card?

You can send your card anywhere in the world. In addition, you benefit from attractive tariff conditions, the price of the card is the same wherever you want to send it; you will not pay the stamp extra cost.

How can I pay?

Payments by credit cards are recommended. We offer a fully secured process, with SSL Protocol, which is widely used for secured payment on Internet but you can also pay by bank transfer.

Why do I have to enter my email address and choose a username to access the service?

This is the minimal information required to send you a summary of your order and a confirmation of your purchase after you paid.
The username and password are used for your further connexionsand will make your browsing on the site easier. Furthermore, it allows you to enjoy the benefits of an address book and a photo album, for a more user-friendly service on the site.

When will my card be shipped?

Your card will be printed, stamped and mailed from a post office within the day following the day of your order on Internet (or 2 days, exceptionally). You (or your recipient) will receive it in accordance with the general sale conditions.

Can I fill my address book without sending cards?

Of course you do! This option is useful especially when you want to send cards during business trips or holidays. Drag and drop the names of your recipients from the left page to the right page of your address book to select the recipients. You can also prepare several cards at the same time, which is very useful when you have to send announcements and invitations. If you want to send more than a hundred cards and if you have a lot of addresses to enter, you can import directly an Excel-type file. Can I make cards without sending them immediately?

Yes you can. The cards you prepare are stored in your Member area. They are available in the section "My cards" of your Member area. You pay and send them when you wish.

What is the Sponsorship programme?

With the sponsoring, tell your friends about Clickpostal. See the Sponsoring section in your Member area for more information. Sponsor your family and friends to get credits which will enable you to send free cards (stamp price included).

How many pictures can I store in my Clickpostal member area?

You can store up to 45 digital pictures. They will be saved on our site and always be available to be sent, whichever computer you use. However, Clickpostal is not a picture filing site so we recommend you to stock the pictures on your hard disk, a CD or a DVD because we cannot commit to keep all the pictures. In addition, the more pictures you have, the longer it will be to load them for a jumble or a composition. Thus we recommend you to keeponly your favourite pictures. on the site

Why am I proposed to enter the birthdays of my contacts?

A new service will soon be available on our site: you will be informed a few days in advance of the birth dates of your contacts. A great way to remember your friends' birthdays!
