You just have to pick one of your photo saved on your computer or stored on our website or even pick from an image database available on the website. You are also able to fully imagine your design in our feature Clickstudio, select the size and border, edit your text and your recipient details, and finally checkout by a secured payment Once printed, how do I get my cards ? If you choose the "send-to-someone-else" offer, you will have to enter the address of the recipient(s), and the card(s) will be directly dispatched to them. You do not have to care of everything. If you choose the "send-to-me" offer, you order sets of cards that will be directly delivered to you. You will have to post or hand out your items. This process is a bit longer but is the better option if you do not know all your recipient details. Which are the features of the sent postcards ? Our postcard format is a 100x150 mm flat or folded (landscape or portrait) postcard, printed on a high quality stationery paper. Your photo will not be distorted, though it may be automatically cropped if the photo is not the correct size for the card. Your folded card will be posted with an envelope. You can also send your postcard in an envelope. Which kind of photo can I upload (format, definition) ? You can upload jpeg format photos. The definition of the photo will determine the card printing quality. To get an optimal quality, your photo must be 300 DPI for a 100x150 mm size. If the DPI is not high enough, the printing quality may be lower. You can also upload all the pictures you had created and view them over the Internet at any time. Those pictures will be stored in your photo album. Can I post my postcards abroad ? Yes you can post your card all around the world. Moreover you get attractive prices : the cost of the card is the same wherever the destination (you do not pay for additional cost for the postage) We recommend you pay by credit card. The payment service is secured with SSL protocol which is widely used on the internet. You can also pay in advance by making a check payable to Clickpostal, mentioning your name, the number and the type of cards you would like to purchase. Why should I give my email address and choose a user name to access the service ? This information is the minimum amount of data Clickpostal needs to deal with your orders. Your recipient or you will receive it depending on whether you chose the "send-to-someone-else" service or the "send-to-me" service. Can I fill in my address book without sending any card ? This feature is useful when you have to post your mail from your holiday place or during a professional trip. To add your card recipients, drag the names from the left page of the adress book to the right page. Thus you can prepare a number of cards at the same time. How many photos can I store in my member area ? You can store 45 photos from your digital camera. They will be saved on our website and available for you to use from any other computer. Clickpostal is not a digital archiving website so we advise you to keep your photos on another storage system (such as a hard drive, CD, DVD, flash disc...) as we cannot commit to store all your photos. The more photos you have, the more time the Clickstudio features will need as your photos are uploaded at every step of the making of a collage or a photo montage. Therefore we advise you just store the photos you intend to use. We also advise you not to store any pictures created if they are not the finished design and the ones you intend to use in your photo montages.
